Mr. Niarhos has significant experience representing creditors in chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. His experience includes representing large financial institutions and corporations as well as individual creditors. Because he also has a debtor practice, Mr. Niarhos understands the strategies employed by debtors, which gives him an advantage when representing creditors.
